Or if you prefer witchcraft without the pharmacology (although I can't see why anyone would) you might want to check out the The Witches' Voice (really - they have a lot of interesting stuff). And/or you might be interested in The Reclaiming Collective (brought to you by the world's most famous [and most politically correct] Witch, Starhawk).
